AND THE WINNERS ARE...
1st Place - “Twin”
Barbara L. Whelan

This is a perfect shot of these horses. The crop is right on, the focus is sharp, allowing the details of the manes to standout. The photograph captures the affection that each horse has for the other, or maybe not!
President Linda Saladino (on the right) presented the awards
2nd Place - “Dinner Date”
Jeffery Heffner

A beautiful capture of the ospreys returning to their nest with a meal. Exposure and timing of shot, as well as the details on the birds are spot on. The background does not compete with the main subjects.
3rd Place - “Inhale Exhale 2020”
Kimberly Measure

This photograph captures the relief that I and hopefully the rest of the U.S. wants to experience during the current COVID 19 Pandemic. Just to find a space to breath without fear or facemask. Well done!
Honorable Mention
“Serene Morning Moment”
Mary Walker-Baptiste

The strong element of the pier leads the viewer’s eye to the couple. Great depth of field is exhibited, with the composition displaying the rising sun, on the right horizon the spike of Barnegat Light, and the foreground pier make the “Moment” complete.
