Our Pineshores Outreach Program meetings
are the third Wednesday of the odd months:

Atlantic City Arts Foundation
48 Blocks - Online Gallery

The Atlantic City Arts Foundation is going online for this year's 48 Blocks event.
I believe the idea for visual artists is that they could present an "online gallery" of artwork or even do a presentation about their work using Zoom.

Here's a link to the 48 Blocks application:

Book Club

This new Book Club program for all - members and nonmembers, features a new book to be read on their own by attendees to be discussed at monthly meetings. All books will have an art theme, so possibly art historical fiction, as well as non-fiction. We’ll talk and look at the art and artists featured in the books along with any relevant techniques mentioned: for example, this first book is about a master forger, so we could use videos about techniques featured in the book.

Here’s a link to the book on Amazon...

The Venice Sketchbook: A Novel

Let's get reading!! Due to the covid surge, we had decided to do last month's
Book Club (which was on January 15, 2022 from 1pm to 3pm) on ZOOM.  Register for free.
The Book Club will meet on zoom instead of at the Pine Shores Art gallery.
The goal was to finish this book for that meeting, however subsequent meetings in 2022
will be more of a read along experience.  Let’s talk about Art!  And it’s free to all !

What’s coming...
Tom Rutledge’s class, which is Including People In Your Composition.  Also, Jan Guarino's class - Painting Figures In Watercolor, and Jeri Greenberg's Fabulous Figures In Pastel.

2022 Lecture Series

Hello Members,

Our 2022 Lecture Series begins this Tuesday, February 8th with Professor Kate Ogden from Stockton University. From 7pm to 8:30pm on Zoom, Professor Kate will cover the lives and works of “Hispanic Artists”, from past artists like Frida Kahlo to more modern artists like Felix Gonzales-Torres. The link to register can be found on our promotional poster by clicking this link. This lecture series is - as always - free to all! All you have to do is register so we can send you the Zoom link on the day of the lecture.

We hope to see you there!
