Note: Please bring paper towels and a table cover to classes. Students are responsible for cleaning up their work area and lunch area when finished.

Special DROP-IN Sessions

Portrait Session - Sundays, 1 to 3pm except holiday weekends. A model is provided for members to draw or paint in any medium they choose. Assistance is available. There is a $5.00 fee for the model.

Do Your Own Thing - Tuesdays, 7pm to 9pm and also Wednesdays, 10:30am to 2:30pm (except last Wednesday of the Month and Board meeting days)

Artists Helping Artists meet on Wednesdays, 2:30pm to 4:30pm (except the last Wednesday of the month). No fee.

Art Chat with Nancy Glines - the first and third Thursday mornings of every month at 10am at the Tuckerton Branch Library in Tuckerton, but check the "Pine Shores Art" page on Facebook for any last minute changes or cancellations.

Life Drawing Session - Thursdays, 7pm to 9pm except holidays. An undraped model is provided for members to draw or paint using the media of their choice. Advice and assistance is available if needed. There is a $10.00 fee for models.

Plein Air Group on nice-weather days, the dates are typically alternating Tuesdays and Thursdays based on feedback from the last few years. We usually meet about 8:30am-9am and paint until noon, but you are welcome to paint all day if you want. Once the coordinator decides on a location, an email is sent out on the weekend prior to the outing. Foundations In Art This group of new classes is primarily an art lecture series, punctuated with some exercises, designed to give students a more focused understanding of various principles in creating and appreciating art. Registration and Payments for regular classes and workshops must be in for a minimum of 6 students at least five days prior to the start of class. Reimbursements will be made to those who have paid for a cancelled class.

There will be no cancellations or refunds after class starts.

Before sending payment, call the registrar to be sure that the class is not full.

Classes have limited space.

Classes must be paid by check or credit card. No cash will be accepted.
